2. Eligibility

By using this website, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement or are using the website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colours, images, materials, sizes and prices accurately.

However, actual product colours may vary slightly because of lighting, photography and differences in device displays.

Minor variations arising from manufacturing shall not be considered defects where they do not affect the product’s normal use.

4. Pricing

All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to change prices, offers or discounts without prior notice. A price change will not affect an order already confirmed by us.

5. Orders

An order is considered accepted after successful confirmation by us.

We may cancel or refuse an order in cases including:

Product unavailability
Incorrect pricing or product information
Suspected fraudulent activity
Incomplete or incorrect address
Serviceability restrictions
Repeated refusal of Cash on Delivery orders

If payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, the eligible amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

6. Payments

We accept available payment methods displayed at checkout, including:

Debit cards
Other gateway-supported online payment methods
Cash on Delivery, where available

Online payments are processed through authorised third-party payment gateways. We do not directly store complete card or UPI credentials.

7. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery availability may depend on the delivery PIN code, order value, courier availability and our internal order-verification process.

We may contact the customer to verify a COD order before dispatch.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within approximately 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, public holidays, incorrect addresses or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

9. Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they are picked or processed for dispatch.

Once an order has been picked, packed, assigned to a courier or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. The customer may instead request a return, subject to our Returns and Replacement Policy.

10. Returns and Replacements

Returns and replacements are governed by our separate Returns and Replacement Policy.

Customers must review product size information before placing an order.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, including the Smoothlite name, logos, photographs, graphics, text, product descriptions, layouts and designs, belongs to Kanha Traders or is used with appropriate permission.

Such content may not be copied, reproduced, republished or commercially used without written permission.

12. Prohibited Use

You must not use this website:

For unlawful or fraudulent purposes
To submit false information
To interfere with website security
To distribute malicious code
To impersonate another person
To misuse offers, refunds or payment systems

13. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Kanha Traders shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from website interruptions, third-party services, courier delays or misuse of products.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights available to consumers under applicable Indian law.

We may update these Terms periodically. The revised version will become effective when published on the website.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Subject to applicable consumer-protection laws, disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Panipat, Haryana.
